Materials and Services provided by third parties (collectively, the "Third-Party Services") are governed by separate agreements accompanying such Materials and Services. CoolBlue Online offers no guarantees and assumes no responsibility or liability of any type with respect to the Third-Party Services, including any liability resulting from incompatibility between a Third-Party Service, CoolBlue Online Materials, CoolBlue Online provided Services or another Third-Party Service. You agree that you will not hold CoolBlue Online responsible or liable with respect to the Third-Party Services.

Certain Services and Materials will only be made available to users who have paid CoolBlue Online a fee for such Services and Materials. You will receive no compensation for any use of your User Materials. CoolBlue Online may, but is not required to, post or use any of your User Materials that you may post or otherwise submit. CoolBlue Online does not pre-screen User Materials that users provide or otherwise submit via the Site or Services; however, CoolBlue Online may remove any posted or submitted User Materials from the Site or any Service for any reason without notice in its sole discretion.
